Applicability

30-3300 V2 standard-controller reference, including its specified one-gallon tank.

System components and fluid

30-3300 V2 uses a level-sensing reservoir, 200 psi pump and progressive controller. Keep methanol at or below 50% and follow controller and fluid-system requirements.

Fluid routing and nozzle position

Follow the tank, pump and nozzle position requirements to prevent siphoning. Place the nozzle before the throttle, after the MAF and intercooler where fitted. Keep lines away from heat and abrasion and choose the jet using the manual’s power / flow chart.

Testing and progressive control

At initial installation flush the fluid path before connecting and testing the nozzle. The test button checks pump and system operation. Start and full-flow points define progressive output; dial positions do not validate delivered engine fluid flow.

Boost Safe and fault response

The manual specifies status indications, pump open / short detection and Boost Safe output. Integrate the fault signal into a verified engine protection or load-reduction strategy; an indicator alone does not protect the engine.

Maintenance and rechecks

Periodically check fluid level, leaks, filters and nozzle blockages, and retest the integrated fault response. If engine calibration depends on the injection system, also verify the recovery logic after low fluid or a system fault.
