Tell us the destination country and, if known, the city and postal code. Product availability and available shipping methods are checked for that destination.

Available shipping methods

Choose a shipping option to suit your order size, budget and timing. Not every service is available for every address; customer service checks the actual route before you pay.

International express (DHL / FedEx / UPS), air freight and consolidated sea freight.

International express
DHL, FedEx, UPS and other available services for individual ECUs and small accessory orders. Customer service confirms the available carrier, tracking and delivery to your address.
Air freight
An option for multiple cartons or heavier orders where delivery time matters. We compare it with express delivery and confirm whether the service ends at the airport or includes local delivery.
Consolidated sea freight
An option for larger or heavier shipments with flexible timing. Shared-container transport does not require booking a whole container. Port charges, customs clearance and final delivery are confirmed separately; it may not be economical for a single ECU.

Tell us the delivery country or region, city, postal code, product quantity and desired timing. Before payment, confirm available routes, the carrier or freight forwarder, shipping costs, estimated transit time and whether delivery is to the door, port or airport.

Shipping charges

Freight depends on the selected service, destination and packed weight and dimensions. The carrier may use volumetric weight. Confirm customs charges, local delivery and any insurance separately; no fixed rate or arrival date applies to every destination.

Lead time and delivery estimates

Preparation time, dispatch date and carrier transit time are separate. Request the current estimate for the actual configuration before confirming a purchase.

Dispatch and tracking

The applicable dispatch details and tracking arrangements are confirmed with the shipment. If your address changes, contact us before dispatch is arranged.

Taxes and customs

Confirm the agreed responsibility for import duties, taxes and customs clearance in your quotation. A shipping estimate does not by itself establish that destination charges are included.

Delivery problems

For a delay, loss or visible damage, contact us with the purchase reference, tracking details and a description of the issue. Keep the packaging and any relevant photos.
