Retail orders start from a single item. Before payment, customer service confirms the item details, total payable, payment method, shipping and after-sales terms with you in writing.
Payment & After-Sales Information
Paying safely
Bank details appear only on the proforma invoice. If an email asks you to pay into a different account, stop and verify it by phone or WhatsApp using the number published on this website.
We do not take card numbers by email, and we do not ask for remote access to your computer. A request of that kind is not from us.
If something is wrong
Send the order reference, model, photographs and a fault description. Before returning anything, contact customer service to confirm the procedure and obtain a return reference. Repair, replacement or another solution will be confirmed after assessment. Do not return anything without a reference.
For shipping damage, photograph the outer carton, labels and damage before unpacking further, so the shipment can be checked and a claim submitted to the carrier.
Catalogue & price list
Use the online catalogue as the reference. PDFs are downloadable snapshots; company information on the cover, prices and available quantities may change between versions. Your written quotation is the final reference.
