Does an iS harness include tuning access?

No. Changing F-CON iS settings also requires the appropriate PowerWriter tools and the service provider’s tuning access. The harness only provides electrical connections.

Can an F-CON V Pro loom be assumed compatible?

No. Confirm the exact F-CON generation, pinout and vehicle connector set before using a loom described for another controller.

Does a universal modification harness replace a vehicle adapter?

No. The universal loom has a fitted connector only at the F-CON end. The factory-ECU end needs vehicle-specific termination and wiring checks. The 1.0 m and 2.5 m options describe length, not vehicle compatibility.

How do I choose a 1.0 m or 2.5 m F-CON iS loom?

Choose using the actual part number and measured routing distance from the ECU to the connection points. Published overall length does not guarantee that every branch reaches its sensor or actuator.
