How to order

Simply send the product you want, the quantity and your delivery destination. Customer service will help you complete the next steps.

Orders are arranged with customer service. Online checkout and payment are not currently available.

  1. Choose products

    Choose the product and quantity, then share your intended use. Customer service will check the model, hardware version and connectors with you to help avoid an unsuitable purchase.

  2. Confirm delivery arrangements

    Share your delivery destination so customer service can confirm import requirements, customs documents and delivery availability before payment.

  3. Arrange payment

    Confirm the supplied items, product total and shipping costs with customer service. We explain any destination taxes charged separately and agree the final amount, payment method and dispatch arrangements before you pay.

  4. Dispatch and delivery

    Your order is prepared and shipped according to the confirmed arrangements.

Shipping methods

International express (DHL / FedEx / UPS), air freight and consolidated sea freight.

International express
DHL, FedEx, UPS and other available services for individual ECUs and small accessory orders. Customer service confirms the available carrier, tracking and delivery to your address.
Air freight
An option for multiple cartons or heavier orders where delivery time matters. We compare it with express delivery and confirm whether the service ends at the airport or includes local delivery.
Consolidated sea freight
An option for larger or heavier shipments with flexible timing. Shared-container transport does not require booking a whole container. Port charges, customs clearance and final delivery are confirmed separately; it may not be economical for a single ECU.

Tell us the delivery country or region, city, postal code, product quantity and desired timing. Before payment, confirm available routes, the carrier or freight forwarder, shipping costs, estimated transit time and whether delivery is to the door, port or airport.
